Our AGM

Our May meeting was our AGM complete with Show and Tell afterwards. There were some highlights from the meeting detailed below while the full minutes will be sent to members with our next newsletter.

Vera has been our president for 3 years so her term was up, and she passed the banner to Judi.

Andrea will be taking over as treasurer.

Sue was voted onto the committee to take over the raffle from Andrea.

A vote was taken and passed to move venue to Johnsonville Uniting Church. The day will be changing to the second Monday of the month with the month of the change to be confirmed. We want to be moved and settled in so that we can have a large and fun birthday meeting in October. We will be opening the new venue from 6pm so that people can bring dinner and eat together before the meeting, as well as having informal challenges and tutorials. We will be focusing on re-building the pre-covid feeling of community.

Fees will not be changing for this next year, but they are now due! If you have any changes to your details please fill in the membership form available at the bottom of the page linked below, otherwise please pay into the bank account with your name and ‘member fee’ as reference and particulars.
